Terrible costumer service, the people that work there are so toxic

Gave me a toll of 4$ for a bridge 3 hours from me. My vehicle with specified plate never went through this toll/bridge. Camera incorrectly said it's my plate, photo of plate has glare and can't determine plate number. I contacted immediately after every letter I received. They added a 50$ late fine and sent to collections BEFORE DMV investigation was complete!! Horrible business process. Now I'm dealing with debt collectors and wasting many hours on phone calls because of MTA's mistakes. 🖕🖕🖕

Send a letter to the collection agency explaining that you never received a bill and you are willing to pay what you owe in tolls but not willing to pay the surcharges. Send a check in the full amount for tolls that you owe minus the surcharges. This worked for someone I know.
