Nurses will not do their jobs. The aids do the best they can but when there is only a few staffed for the whole building per shift there is only so much they can do. If you ever have the pleasure of speaking to An African American lady named Jill, Tell her a good work ethic will get her further in life. HR Does not help and does not seem to care about the staffing to help support the well being of their residents. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVE ONES HERE. IF YOU HAVE LOVED ONES IN HERE PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE BEFORE IT IS TO LATE.

The facility will screen residents for safety with smoking/smoking materials and a determination regarding supervision needs is made for all residents. Regardless of level of supervision needed, all smoking materials must be maintained by the facility staff. Supervised Smoking takes place at scheduled times. Smoking must occur in designated smoking area only. Hopefully this answers your question!
