Employees are very rude to agency staff, even tho the company relies on agency because no one will work here. They tell you they can’t help you to go find your partner (even tho it’s only 5 aides how are there partners?), get attitudes and yell in the dining room while residents are eating. I picked up a shift here and they tried to tell my agency I left and refused to work. Good thing I had my agency on the phone and she heard the nurse refuse to sign me in and tell me to leave!

No. I used to work there and we all had a set pay, which was more than minimum wage for my position in dietary. We were not allowed to accept any kind of tips or money from residents or anyone else.
