My first time getting my taxes done with them I like their other tax program but I don't like this one because they are not efficient and their people are very rude I didn't really allow me to know when my taxes was going to be done got mad when I called into the when they had been done it had been 4 weeks over them being done

Identification, proof of residency, proof of home ownership, proof of income, proof of employment history. I'm sure there are other things they'll need, but these are usually standard requests by any agency.

They help with Income Taxes soon n its free.!!! They have helped with food vouchers. They help with Christmas Gifts for those that cant afford to buy them. They help with utilities. They help with shelter.
