Made a 2 hr tripand took a day off from work just to change my last name on my social security card and even though I had a dozen documents apparently u can't have a copy of your divorce papers must be originals (had all the appropriate signatures and the seal) Greeted by a very aggressive security guard - - u can hear a pin drop yet this security guard made his obnoxious, aggressive attitude known. Definitely didn't understand his threatening behavior

They sent the paperwork out quickly and I talked to them on the phone ,there is a lot of paperwork though
