Hardly ever need to go into a smoke/head shop, but stopped in for incense supplies. Great guy working there who was not just interested in making the sale, but was honest and helpful.

To my knowledge, Maxwell's has never sold portaits. They have sold locally made jewelry, but that's it. You'll have to contact the owner and ask him directly.
