I took my laptop I’m to have my screen replaced when I called to let them know I was going to pick my laptop up I was notified that an employee was fired and had stolen my laptop I reached out to the owner who refused to replace my laptop and only wanted to give me $220 for it every time I call you avoiding my phone calls he has not ordered another laptop like he said he would and he’s been giving me the runaround and now I am taking matters into my own hands and I am going to take him to court because he will not give me a refund now that it’s been almost a month now he said that he’s a man of integrity but he is not I will not take any of my items to any of his locations and I will not refer anyone because although it was not his fault he As a business owner will not replace my laptop and has been avoiding me I will not recommend his place of business to anyone because you don’t know who else is in there is feeling customers items

I toke my phone in to have the screen fixed they made my phone go into safe mode and made it where you have to talk on speaker phone or use ear buds toke my phone to my phone carrier and they tried everything to make it go out of safe mode and it didn't work so we had to put everything on a hard drive and factory reset my phone the Manger of the phone store said the did something to my phone and then I asked then to put a screen protector on and they never did I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION I will go to the council bluffs location where they pit the screen in last time and never had trouble the council bluffs location never rested my phone or nothing they broke my speaker to talk ok the phone and now I have to use speaker phone or ear buds never will I come back to this place worse place ever
