Terrible. Lies! $250 for repair when told via phone and net $24.99!!

Very poor customer service. Avoid the hassle and find a better place to get your phone repaired at. I set up an online appointment for a cracked phone screen repair with the make and model of my phone on Sunday 9/18 for Monday 9/19 evening. I confirmed on Monday morning that I am coming via their email request to me. I left work early and drove 10 miles for my appointment for repairs. When I show up at the store, I am told they don't have the replacement parts and it would be 2-3 days for them to have the part on hand and they asked if I wanted them to order and reschedule my appointment. I asked the clerk why wasn't I notified of the out of stock parts to save me a trip which I got no response to.
