This is the second time we ordered tonight. The first time they forgot one of our pizzas and brought it 10 minutes later. Tonight the app said the pizzas was out of the oven and in a Quality check for over an hour before the pizzas were delivered. Once they were finally delivered both pizzas(thin crust) was not warm at all and looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for the past hour. We had to heat our pizza up in the microwave so it would be warm. Reported the problem on the app and was just given a 20% off coupon for our next order. We didn’t believe that was enough so then we called the store and waited on the phone for 20 minutes without anyone ever picking up. Will be calling corporate tomorrow.

I order from this location frequently because it is very close to my house. I order the same thing very time. It never changes. That includes leaving garlic off the crust because it is a BBQ based pizza that doesn’t go well with garlic and butter. It is always hit or miss whether the garlic gets left off the pizza. Literally, you could roll dice and have as good a chance of guessing whether there will be garlic or not. I don’t know if the people working in the store can’t read, or whether they just lack the attention to detail that is necessary for quality service. But I would not recommend this location to anyone if you value good service. If this happens one more time after leaving this review, and the same feedback through the online ordering app, I will never return to this store and will start ordering pizza from somewhere else. Good customer service requires paying attention. And when repeat customers always order the same selection, you would think it would be right more times than it’s not. For this location that is not the case.
