We had a small flood and called Servpro. Not only did they do an excellent job with that cleanup, they then did a deep clean after our hardwood floors were refinished. Scott came by to check my house for any mold that may be a threat to myself and family. He was so professional, friendly, and courteous. He did not find any pdangerous mold, but advised me what to do to clean up what he did see. I will definitely call Servepro if I have any future questions or problems.

My daughter accidentally left a sink on and it flooded our laundry room and went u see the molding and cabinets and into our kitchen, hallway, and guest bath. I was panicking because my husband was out of town. I called Servpro at 10:00pm and they did not hesitate to send someone out immediately. Timothy Mills came out within 30 minutes to assess the situation. He was very through and knowledgeable. He made sure I knew that he would do everything possible to help save my flooring and cabinets. He talked with my husband on the phone and explained everything he was doing in detail so that we would know exactly what we were being charged for and what to expect. Timothy came back the next day with Albert Thompson to make sure everything was working as it should. The laundry room was completely dry due to the fans and dehumidifier that was put in there and I only had two remaining areas with a small amount of moisture. The fans and dehumidifier were left for three more days and the moisture was completely gone. Timothy and Albert saved our flooring and cabinets and kept us from having a complete disaster to deal with. I highly recommend Servpro when you are in an emergency situation and have no idea where to turn. They will calm your nerves and reassure you that they are there to serve you and to save your house. We cannot thank them enough!
