This is a very nice Hilton property. The staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms were nice but not spacious. However they had a nice little kitchen eye area. The bathrooms were decently redone with great sliding shower doors. But the bathroom had a few deep cleaning issues as shown in the pictures that could make it much better. The bathroom sink was missing its drain cover. There was no Kleenex. We love that they had the Verbena lavender soap and shampoo products and the magnifying mirror for makeup. The breakfast was delicious my husband said the cook made the best scrambled eggs ever. Coffee was not available until 7:00 which had 3 disgruntled early risers grumbling. If they got the deep cleaning issues handled and coffee available this would be a perfect 5 star hotel.

I don't like to write negative reviews but I just felt I needed to. My family and I stopped over at this hotel driving back to Texas from Florida. Being a Hilton brand we didn't think we could go wrong. How wrong we were. This hotel does not live up to the brand. The reception was ok. The check was smooth and the guy was kind. That's where it ended. The hotel is dirty. The smell from the restrooms whilst you are waiting for the elevator was awful. Just awful! The elevators were dirty and the sanitizer trays next to them had brown mold in some of them. The corridor windows had dust all over them. Our room.... the sleeping area was clean on the most part. Beds were clean and didn't smell. The fridge and coffee area had thick dust on the tile ledges. The worst thing for me was the bathroom. The toilet had mold and stains under the rims that you could see on walking in. I don't think that part is ever cleaned. The shower floor was slimy and gross. All around the edges in the bathroom was dirty. The shower corners had some kid of mold. My mum had a separate room and hers was the same. It is such a Shame that just by not having it cleaned properly it ruins the whole thing. If you want a clean relaxing place to stay then this is not it. We bought 2 bottle of diet coke from their little store and both were open and tasted funny so we took them back. I'm sorry I have had to be so negative but if I was going to book a hotel I would want to know what it was like.

Me and my friends came for the bro festival and enjoyed every bit of our stay at doubletree. From the rooms to the staff the stay was very welcoming. Tamera was very nice and sweet as she checked is in. She offered cookies and water and good customer service. Looking forward to coming back next year

The good news is they had hot water and the beds were comfy. That’s about it. Booked 2 rooms for 2 adults, 4 teens. I thought this was a Hilton Doubletree. It’s not. Yes, that’s on the sign out front but that’s not what you get. Went to restaurant at 8pm on a Saturday and they didn’t have half of what was listed on menu. Tables wobble so bad you can’t let go of your drink glass. Next morning I incorrectly assumed there would be a free breakfast of some kind. Nope! Only option was a made to order at the same lame restaurant. I’ve had better stays at Motel 6.

Depends on your room package. Not all rooms cone with free breakfast. However, the breakfast was very good!
