Staff wasn't memorable...but the rooms were very dirty, breakfast was sub par, area was not the best (not their fault). Over all I just wasn't impressed.

This stay took place from 6/30 - 7-1. I Have 7 rooms total and was very disappointed in the cleanest, we had soil linen and request a change of linen and had to make the bed ourselves. I have to get light bulbs for the Lamp. Carpets are badly stained and dirty and trashy. Especially in the Hallways and the One working Elevator, (Yes the Frt Desk and Elevator serve both Hampton Inn and Home2). I made it known to the management. The next morning I asked how they were going to address it and was told by the front desk clerk that the manager would call me. I asked them to call me before I put a negative review to give them the opportunity to address a resolution. They didn’t bother to call. In addition, to this Hilton Honors Charge me 3 X the points. And no one has made it right. I was actually ripped off by 70,000. Point. I will stay the front desk clerks did try to help but were very limited. They were all very professional and understaff. Patrice, went above and beyond to help, but she was only there One day of my stay. I am still waiting to hear from Management.

Love love love this location. It’s a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Jalia is the amazing coordinator of breakfast and let me tell you folks, this is one of the best breakfast set ups you will ever see in any hotel. It’s the GOAT breakfast. The staff at the front was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. There’s multiple restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean, very modern, and very spacious. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay was for one night, but it was more than enough to leave a very good review and to congratulate the entire hotel team. From the front desk, very clean rooms and bathrooms too. Super comfortable beds and breakfast on another level. I loved the fact that I saw the "breakfast to go" with different choices. I really do not regret choosing this hotel to rest. Highly recommended!💯

We saw one person with a pet. Hampton Inn lobby. However the Home2 Suites is in the same building. Staff is great and the rooms are lovely...
