The worst experience I’ve ever had from top to bottom. Hotel room was dirty, we went to the restaurant downstairs and had to wait 3:30 hours for our food 😳. The management needs to be changed. The reservation was made and they had neither the reservation kept or the appetizers prepared that was supposed to be there. That took 1 hour. If I could give it a zero star rating I would. Been to multiple countries and all around the US with top hotels/restaurants and the cheapest restaurants and had better experiences with them. Never go to this place smh 🤦‍♀️ . The cost of this place is completely not worth it. I would never come back here again.

Third time staying here and I absolutely love the hotel. Everything is clean, up to date and working! The bartender was very good at making drinks correctly and the rest of the staff was very nice. Perfect for wedding blocks as they made sure we were all taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is upscale yet affordable. The rooms are large, beds are very comfortable, and there are lots of extra touches. The hotel is not currently serving breakfast, which was a surprise, and like many businesses they are experiencing staff shortages, but the remaining personnel are friendly and helpful.

Nearly $300 a night for nothing to work. We booked a suite and, for the price, it did not satisfy me. It did not come with a microwave in the room which was shocking to me. The phone did not work as well. The internet would not connect. Manager was nice, but I did not feel like what I paid for was worth it at all, which was upsetting and aggravating. I feel like I was paying for the furniture and decor to be honest. Great room set up and open shower though.
