Called at 7 to order a pizza! 8:30 still wasn’t here so i called and then got hung up on so I called back and waited on hold for 5 minutes then they proceed to tell me that they don’t have my order! Worst establishment! Will order dominos from now on!!

I ordered at 5:22pm and placed an order for delivery. At 7:01pm I called to check on my order because I hadn't received it nor heard from a delivery driver. They claimed there was no order in the system for me and said "Sorry we will refund you." Seriously, no offer to retake my order, no offer for a discount on my next order, or anything. Things like this will make me boycott the entire franchise. I even had a $20 tip for the delivery driver but they missed that. Thankfully there was a Subway down the street and I finally got dinner by 8pm.
