If I want to have my daughter 5th on the 1 of September for just about 20 people, do I need a permit. Also if I wanted to bring a bounce house is that allow.

You do need a permit. Yes it's allowed to bring a bounce house. Just let them know when you get the permit. There's a $50 fee for the permit. Try hookcreak park. Its behind snake road in five town. It's that park that you can get a permit for.
