Of all the years I've been taking my vehicles in for service, I have never had a better experience than I do when I take my vehicle to Service at Pinkerton Lynchburg. My first call ever to this Service center was answered by Jeremy, and he's been my preferred Service Advisor for all repairs and service since that first call. What I like about him is that he listens carefully, provides the education that he has to offer, gets with the team of technicians as needed to answer more in-depth questions, and more importantly offers options at earliest convenience to get my vehicle in and at least get the diagnostic completed. He is realistic and honest about timelines when it comes to all parts of the process and always let's me know that the diagnostic and actual service or repair might be more than one visit so they have time to order in the parts. Jeremy communicates consistently and as-needed via phone calls and text messages so I never have to worry or wonder what the current status of my vehicle is and as soon as he receives the official diagnosis from the assigned Technician, he starts looking into my coverage options and lets me know if the work is covered by manufacturer warranty, my extended warranty, or if it will be solely my responsibility. He cares about his customers through and through. When I speak with him, it's like a long-time family friend taking care of me. He reviews all options and then delivers the best one. No matter how many days my car is in the shop, and how many obstacles there may have been, Jeremy maintains a professional composure that always makes me feel at ease. Lastly, while I don't have the names of all of the Technicians that have repaired or serviced my vehicle, I would like to acknowledge that work being done is quality work and always completed in a timely manner!
