CMA's Honda of Lynchburg

After talking to many satisfied SUV owners, I decided to go to CMA Honda of Lynchburg to checkout their cars. I was pleasantly surprised that they had several cars on the lot and that I could test drive them. Jessica Hicks walked us through the whole process. We test drove several models and chose a Passport. Jessica not only was competent taking care of all the paper work but before we left she showed us the controls and set many of the programs for us. Thanks , Jessica and your awesome trainee Samantha for making our first Honda a professional and pleasant experience.

Leo was so easy to work with. He made the extra effort to have all my questions answered accurately. He was very forthcoming on any benefits I might be able to get and he communicated through email several times to check in with me before my car arrived. So glad he was my sales representative.
