This park was a perfect rest stop for us as we tow our home on wheels. The parking lot is huge! And there isn't a lot of places around that we could fit to stop. It also had a good bathroom and some tables. The only bummer, which is why the 4 stars not 5, is the lack of shade on the playground. The playground is gated and has great equipment, but to rest in the shade while watching our kids, my husband and I ended up leaning on the equipment and having to sit on the floor to do that. The benches are all in the sun and most of the equipment is too. And it got hot! So, we didn't stay long. If they could add some shade there, like those floating tarps I've seen at other playgrounds, maybe over the benches and some of the equipment, we would have most definitely stayed way longer.
