This group is horrible and my experience borders on malpractice. After having missed one appointment due to getting a confirmation email about 10 minutes before the appointment. I was called while I was at work and they demanded payment, and were pretty much trying to shake me down for a payment method. Every time I was on the phone from anyone from the front desk they were rude and could hardly be heard. There were literally roosters crowing in the background. After finally meeting with a doctor I’m only proscribed a fraction of what I should have been. The dr ( gentile) was hardly knowledgeable, being in able to provide me with anything other then the two base meds he knew of. The guy flat out stopped answering me and just walked away from seeing me without a word. While I was on a new med with no check up. These people do not care about the clients.

It’s interesting how I have been able to read these reviews with people complaining about the lack of response from the operators and are then encouraged to reach out through Zoom for immediate assistance…when I am waiting on hold via Zoom and have been every time I have called for the past two days to inform the office that the prescription they called in for me is out of stock at the pharmacy and the doctor (who I also emailed separately) needs to call it into another pharmacy. I don’t understand how a mental health practice can be so neglectful to people who rely on their services to live a more manageable life. I am also and have been on hold while writing this review. I will be seeking care from another mental health facility after this experience. They seem to be very on top of responding to these reviews, maybe they will respond to mine 🤷🏻‍♀️ UPDATE: As soon as this posted, the office answered my Zoom call.

I was very please with my experience with Vitality Psychiatry Group. In spite of my apprehension about a zoom meeting it felt surprisingly personal. Dr. Hamilton was very personable and thorough and left plenty of time to address my concerns and questions. I would highly recommend Vitality.

I felt that the visit with Dr Hamilton went very well. It had been my first Zoom meeting ever so I was a little anxious in the beginning before the meeting but, doctor Hamilton made me feel very comfortable. We resolved how my medication was going to be handled and I have agreed to meet with him once a month starting in September when my refills run out. This was a great experience for me thank you Doctor Hamilton and vitality Psychiatry group
