You would have to go to the camping world building on the right when you come up the entry road. it seems that Gander has been completely absorbed by Camping World. Customer service is to the right on the inside but let the greeting desk help you when you enter. Its right in front of the entry doors. They will point you in the right direction. I can promise you that's a big no. I price having hood vent covers and faucets installed on a new travel trailer and they charge for taking out the old and putting in the new items. They quoted almost 400.00. The labor was more than the parts. Call the service center. The salesmen will only redirect you to them.

Sharon Any of the R/V centers should have a parts department and staff that are schooled in all all areas of all campers. Just Google the R/V make and model to find location that is near you. Hope this will be of assistance.
