A great place to get your camping needs accomplished.

Brooklyn was the one that assisted us. She was very professional and avoided all pushy sales tactics. She always followed up at the shed upon time. I would highly recommend Camping World and Brooklyn in particular.

Update 4. Deal not Pending anymore. Asking price is still double what they paid for it. Wish you could talk to me before you even consider buying it. Not worth it! Update 3. I see they have a deal pending. You do not want to buy this RV. I wish who ever is trying to buy it could talk to me. Update 2: The asking price for 2008 Itasca Merdian is still more than twice what they paid for it. Also at the end of the day they or corporate did nothing to help resolve the issue. Don't be took! Update 1: My father-in-law was contacted by the Camping World CEO/VP team to discuss the issue. He got I am so sorry, etc. When he requested to renegotiate the price, he was met with, in not so many words, "All sales are final". I wonder why Camping World can canx a sales contract and renegotiate but the customer can not. Also if you are trying to buy a 2008 Merdian, the only 2008 Meridian on Camping World of Spartanburg website know that they have over a 150% markup on this unit. Original Review Post: Email to the CEO/VP team and Post: On June 11th 2022, I accompanied my father-in-law to the Camping World in Spartanburg South Carolina in an attempt to sell his motorhome. We made an appointment and brought the unit to the dealership. The employees took the unit and performed and inspection. This took approx an hour. Once the inspection was complete they provided my father-in-law with a offer price. My father-in-law agreed. At this point in time the sales person ask for the motorhome registration, pay off information, etc in order to complete the paperwork. A bill of sale and other papers were completed and Camping World took possession of the camper. We thought this was a done deal. However, on June 18th 2022, one week later, we received a phone call stating that Camping World would not honor the sales contract because they thought the unit was a 2009 and not a 2008. They indicated we had two choices, renegotiate or come get the unit. We did not agree with this since the registration, VIN, and the placard inside the unit itself clearly stated the make, model, and year. We never misrepresented the unit in anyway other than the motorhome they took an hour to inspect. After review of my father-in-law's contract paperwork. The sales person did indeed have the wrong year on all documents. We felt this was no wrong doing on our part and Camping World should have honored the original sales contract. However, they kept insisting it was Coorporate making this decision and they had no control. We did contact an attorney and was advised the legal course we could take but he indicated things of this nature would most likely be drawn out in the courts. So my father-in-law renegotiated the price. The difference amount was a approximately a mere $5400 dollars. I am not happy with the treatment of my father-in-law in this matter. I am not happy because I know that if my father-in-law would have purchased a unit, took possession of the unit, and then one week later contacted Camping World and stated he thought the unit was a 2009 and not a 2008 and wanted to cancel the contract. He would have been told to bad, you should have looked closer at the supporting documents. I am not happy Camping World of Spartanburg made a mistake and then would not honor a contract to purchase. I am not happy that Camping World of Spartanburg took possession of the unit and waited a week to call us back to state there was a mistake on their part. I am concerned that for 5400 dollars Camping World's reputation is tarnished as a company that I will never do business with again.

You probably need to check with Lowe's or Home Depot for that type of material. CW is more about mobile camping vehicles.
