We just purchased our first camping trailer from Open Road RV in Monticello. Austin Herczeg played a big part in the reason we purchased our camper here. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and never pressured us on our purchase. Open Road RV is lucky to have this young man.

Friday night we had the entire rim sheer off the bolts of the hub and destroy the hub of our fish house. Saturday morning we headed out to Auto zone, Oreileys and camping world and none of them could help. Ended up at Monticello RV at 8:30 and they opened at 9 but they had opened up early for another customer and welcomed us and helped us right away. Tom in the parts was unbelievable! Tom got us exactly everything we needed with the correct backer plates, bearings and drums. I won't pretend I know exactly what to do but Tom made it extremely easy. Knowing we were going to be doing this on the side of the road Tom took it way above and beyond and packed the bearings with grease and had the assembly ready to be mounted. Thanks again!

I had a pretty good experience with the sales team and my purchase of our RV. The service department has been awesome as well. A couple negatives were was that I traded in my old unit. I negotiated the trade value based on what they told me they’d resell it for ($7000). I was shocked when they sold it for $10k. My fault I guess… The other negative was that I asked if I could pay for my RV with my credit card. (I was not financing it). They said yes. Then when I went to pay for it, they told me the fees are too much and I had to pay with a check.
