Took my 2021 Durango Gold to Monticello location for a simple warranty fix. They had it for three months and managed to cause 10’s of thousands of dollars in damage by backing it into other campers.The back 3/4’s of the door side, slides, doors, walls, windows, and roof all needed extensive repairs and/or replacement . They also charged the manufacturer for around 6k in repairs and accessories that were never fixed and I’m still not sure why they billed for accessories. They didn’t fix the warranty work (a shade, they simply swapped it for another one inside the camper, so the one they were to fix appears to be fixed but the broken shade is on another window). They trashed the inside of my brand new camper tracking grease, anti freeze, mud, and what appears to be some kind of adhesive all over, staining the flooring. They damaged the sofa and ottoman and used the toilet in the bathroom without flushing. They lost all my keys and key fob from my keyless entry. When I went to get my RV to pull it to the manufacturer dealer to have it fixed, they would not release it without me signing a waiver. When I refused to sign they said they couldn’t release my camper to me. I had to call the Sheriff’s Department who had to come and tell them they had to release my camper as it was not their property, even then the deputy was met with some resistance. They refused to give me their insurance information, even tho they were explained it is Minnesota law, they argued that it wasn’t. I tried to contact corporate and was given the run around and referred to a general customer service line. A manager finally called me and we had a good talk conversation on a number of occasions and I thought we were getting things accomplished. Now all communications have stopped and no one will talk to me or return emails. I am in the process of requesting FOIA records on Camping World as the Sheriff’s Deputy informed me this situation is constant (not confirmed). Once I receive the FOIA request I will post information and photos as well as the court case number.

This is our first time buying a camper, and it was a horrible experience. First we were told we could come back Saturday & camping world would go through the whole camper with us and show us what to do and how to work everything. Then we could have the bar and breaks put in while we were doing all this and met with finances. We had appointments at noon. Then Danny our sales person calls my husband stating we should come earlier. Well, it’s our day off & we don’t want to get up at 6 to be there early. We said 10am. So we were not told they don’t have parts until we get there. NOW we have to come back, it’s about a 40 minute drive, we went here because they had the camper we wanted. Danny our sales person also said we would get a discount for our storage of the camper, just ask for this person. Well, we asked her when we called & she didn’t give a discount, she was rude and says “ Don’t everyone” want a discount. We were ready to walk out at this point, they could of told us over the phone instead of finding out when we got there. Then we go into finance with Allen Perkins, he doesn’t even go over numbers with us, how much we have to pay a month or anything. He just wants to sell us more products. Gives us a gift card for the store, instead of a gas card. Which does more for them then us. When we were told we had to come back, I only have Mondays off, my husband is off at 2:30 pm which they said would be fine. NOW my husband gets a call from someone at camping world saying our part is in, but now 2:30pm isn’t early enough for my husband to get there. NOW he has to take time off and leave work early. We have been told nothing but lies the whole time! Very disappointed, will never come to camping world again or refer anyone! This was a “first” time buying a camper, does not make us want to buy it again. Terrible customer service! Very upset

Wasn't impressed. Very disorganized sales staff. Kinda ruined the business name as a whole for us.
I've seen 2 trikes in stock last time I was there 2/18/2018 but not sure if they folded up.
They have a large collection of pretty much anything you need. And for your pets.🤗
