I love living here and I love my apartment, but the fact of the matter is, they have a little kid working here doing cleaning who doesn’t do anything (Tory) the superintendent is a complete mess, he yells at all of us women, and acts completely unprofessional and should not be allowed to deal with customer service AT ALL, and has his “male friends” until they are suddenly not working there. Don Sr. And Don Jr. are very good workers and they are the only stable workers in this building, I’m not sure what they would do without them!

Good apartments, good on the knees, I can see a tree outside the window, there are birds on the tree. Happy to move forward in this, people keep to themselves, as do I.

There is usually a wait list, too. Due to the fact that it's a HUD subsidized property that helps with the income based rent.
I'm not sure I just go there to work
From my understanding, their rents are 30% if your income so it all depends on how much you make monthly
You can have a cat but you will have to pay an additional cleaning deposit
