Why is it taking 3 months for the ATM machine to be fixed!!? And when it finally gets replaced it will probably be down once a week as usual. This branch is the worst.

I have been trying to order checks on line, but cannot go any further than "continue" and tells me no internet, I have access to my account, which means that I do have internet, so how come I can't order checks Thank you for your help.
