Would give 0 stars if i could. Going on 3 years without my LCSW for BS wording and constant turnover of board members. Unprofessional and negligent. I even contacted congressmen for support. You lost a great social worker.

I sent in a letter to get an extension to sit for the exam. To then be told that my transcripts that I sent IN THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS is unacceptable because it didn’t come directly from the school. I had discussed it prior to sending that my school didn’t do electronic transcripts so I was told I could scan the physical transcripts and upload it with a letter from my school explaining the situation. But almost a year letter I am being told it’s not valid and I had to pay to get it sent again…lord knows if they’ll even see it. It’s all really discouraging and I’m on the verge of giving up.

I am going through my worst nightmare now due to the incompetence of this board. I have been waiting for months for them to even respond, they first told me I am missing the application and the clinical hours form and then months after I submitted it they responded that I am missing 20 credits of continuing education proof and they need an official job description letter from HR. all of those requirements are not even listed on the website nor on the application website. They do not answer, they do not give any helpful information. I just feel I want to give up and not even get the lcsw anymore.
