This company doesn't really care about there residents anymore . When mom was alive her and dad were takin care of and they were happy . The home was run with caring people then a change with the director and head of nursing accured. The hole place went into the toilet. Staff stole dads items , used his tablet for personal stuff and just stop taking care of him . The director is not with moral standing and lied to us , danced around and double talked to us . The proof was given to the director and nothing was done , but continued to happen . This was all taken to the big , big owner and again nothing was done not even a return phone call . These people are not who they say they are and can not be trusted .... beware very very aware

Mom and I are enjoying Evergreen Estates very much. The private rooms are wonderful and she has chosen one with courtyard access. She was even allowed to bring her cat as per the pet policy! We are excited to welcome the new chef to this retirement community. The staff here is wonderful and mom has made new friends already. She enjoys the activities too! Thank you everyone!

This place was amazing!!!... at first.......my grandma moved in there and it was great! They had fun activities and took them places (which I understand covid happened and it had to stop) However.... it is SUPER expensive!! We were told that my grandma would be grandfathered in meaning they would move her to the dementia area once she basically ran out of money. Giving us peace of mind that my grandma would be taken care of. Well... that being said they "changed" their mind since covid happened and now they wouldn't let her move to the dementia area Since we didn't get it in writing then we had no proof .They said she is not bad enough. She is forgetting to shower and aides said only 1 time a week if that and showing multiple behaviors of dementia. Even when John the new director said she needs a new level of care. Be warned. Hopefully your experience will be better but ours was not. Feels like they drained her dry and basically said get out. 🥺 My heart hurts for her because she has no idea.

My dad just moved into Evergreen about a month ago ,this was a big change for my dad. The staff have been amazing, so helpful and they answer all my questions. The facility itself is very nice,the rooms are huge and always very clean. Dad to personalize his room and make it home. I am very impressed with Evergreen.
