The worst care I have ever experienced in my life. Hard to get appointments and extremely long wait. Always mess up my insurance information and send me bills. No one ever calls you back even after leaving messages or attempting to communicate with the portal.

Very disappointed at the care I received here. 5 blood tests and a routine gynecology visit was $1700. I was charged $510 for being in the presence of a practitioner all of 15min alone. I didn’t feel my practitioner Dr Cruz took my concerns seriously and I was not informed before hand the itemized expense of what was run. Furthermore I was called with my bill and then received a statement a week later that was $400 additional fees. People need help, not ripping off. This medical system is deeply flawed and continues to reward wealthy people with health while those working regular jobs are forced to go into debt just for routine care. This doctor visit cost what I make in 2 weeks work.

When i got refered to see an ENT, and needed to go to another location because the Monroe offices does not have one. I had to go to their Nyack Office, because I wanted to get an appointment within a month. And that was the only office with a Doctor with any appointments for any time, less than a month away. I still Love Crystal Run tho
Haven't bin vaccinated by them but if it takes anywhere near as long as it did for them to help with my back problems I wouldn't do it I changed doctors because they were taking to long to fill out paper work idk where your located but if your closer to suny orange their doing vaccines out of one of their buildings just gotta set up online
