I had a very difficult situation where my car wouldn’t go into neutral and was in the garage. Also there were tree branches near the garage that wouldn’t allow the tow truck to get close enough. Mike the truck operator was able to figure out the situation, get the car out and on the bed. He took the time to make sure the job was done properly and correctly. Mike is a real professional, and I’d recommend him any time!
