They don’t even mention there is a railroad 200 feet away, so noisy! I have a 700 credit score, pristine background check, $20000 stock financial security, offered a years rent upfront and they said I would be denied because I don’t work a “real” job…. COVID keeps some people at home because of their health, how is that a factor in housing? Absolutely ridiculous! Would not recommend wasting time even applying to this

The location is good. Apartment itself is a little too small and cramped for my liking. Also, it is bot as modern as you would expect aesthetically.

I lived in this complex for 2 years when I moved to Scranton and loved every single moment. If I didn’t get relocated for work, I would have renewed my lease for a third year. Robin and the rest of the staff are amazing. If I have any issues, they respond quickly and resolve it. During the summer, they have food trucks on certain days and other fun events. Another bonus was also having the apartment fully furnished and move-in ready with internet! I’m so thankful I came across this gem of a place and highly recommend it. I referred my coworker and she also stayed 2 years and had a great experience as well!!
