Hi Marge. All of the gray colored seats are tickets that are already purchased and are unavailable. Tickets purchased online have an additional online service fee. To avoid the fee, you can purchase tickets over the phone or in person at the box office.

They use ticketfly.com to purchase tickets. I think if you go to the ticketfly.com website and select Theater at North. I think it shows the box office hours. I usually purchase tickets from the website.
