Don’t bring your animals here for anything serious. My cat was in DKA so my primary vet told me to take him here. This was after 6pm and they took a very sick cat without mentioning that there was NO doctor there to see him or care for him. When I picked him up the next morning he was horrendously worse, the tech over-hydrated him with fluid and he was on the verge of death. Still charged me 900 dollars for almost killing him. Luckily he survived the 2.5 hour drive to a REAL veterinary hospital in Philadelphia with 24/7 vet care and they saved his life.

I had the absolute best care ever. The Dr. and technicians we're fabulous and so down to earth when I had to make one of themost difficult decisions ever putting my labradoodle Rex down. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, they were so consoling and compassionate and explained everything to the entirety. I will NEVER forget this. Again thank you so very much for treating my baby like your ownπŸ’”β™₯️ Katy Potis

This place took care of my baby girl I had to put down unfortunately. Received her remains today and couldn't be more happier as I forgot to ask about a paw print in clay(upset at moment and forgot to ask if they did this). But I received one in my package and it made my day. Staff was very nice both times interacting with them. Also received a card in the mail with condolences from staff and I appreciate that gesture as well. God bless all you do I can imagine how hard this field must be to work in cause losing this animal was just as hard as any other lost I had.

Sometimes they have cats looking for homes but they are not a full adoption agency. Call them for details about available cats.

Do you guys help turtles? I think my turtle has a respiratory infection. He is a western painted turtle. I can't seem to find a doctor that takes care of turtles near by, and I'm worry for my turtle.

How does the payment options work?

Christian Ross | Oct 8, 2018
Angela P. | Oct 8, 2018

There is a flat fee for emergency visits and referral appointments. Any additional services will be written up in an estimate which must be OK'd by the owner before moving forward. Payments are due in full the day of discharge. Some people utilize Care Credit, which you can apply for to defer the costs like a credit card. You can call the hospital at for more details.

Do you do house calls or can you refer me to a vet who does? My dog Coors, white husky/wolf, had an extremely large tumor removed from his left leg at your facility in October or November of 2016. He has a lump on left side and won't go in the car.

I would advise to call the facility rather than posting on here. Especially if the case is getting worse. You may have to sedate him to get him in the car to get him there.

You can utilize Care Credit, which is a credit card of sorts where it allows you to pay monthly. Otherwise, no.
