Came with my son. His doc had requested an EKG before starting a med. Front desk attendant would not sign us in after telling us it could be done. I suspect the “provider” was not comfortable reading an EKG.

Poor listening skills, and from what i experienced today with your representative hanging up on me because I asked her name and she’s answering a business phone with No proper greeting. I will have to show up in person because now they are sending my calls to voicemail. Unashamedly unprofessional and projecting a hostile nature on me because I want to file a complaint against the young woman’s who answered the phone today at 9:30 this morning. I have been there a few times and I’ve talked to her several times and it’s rude that when someone asks who you’re speaking with to feel threatened by that. That’s a sign that she’s dodging some dirt that she’s already done in my industry or assuming I’m someone else. Either way my call was about HER giving me an 866 number to make a payment THAT HAS NO AFFILIATION TO YOUR BUSINESS!!! payment was made on 3/25/22 and now I want an explanation of who in the world did she have me send my money to because your billing team does NOT HAVE IT!!!!

I had a great visit today at Safe Express. The Doctor Adaku O. really took her time to listen to what I had to say about me not feeling great. She did her observation and never once rushed me. Its never crowded in the lobby/waiting area, its always fast to be seen by the Doctor. Hassle free I must admit. Thank you doctor Adaku for having a great attitude while caring for patients. I highly recommend anyone to go there if you want fast service, no hassle, professionalism, and a quiet atmosphere.

They never pick up the phone and when you go to location they always have an attitude problem at the front desk like it’s the clients fault you don’t like your job very unprofessional,and they charge the most for a Covid test .

Safe Care Express has not stopped giving out work notes, however every clinic has a policy on issuing work notes so as to prevent abuse and to keep in compliance with federal regulations to prevent fraud, waste and abuse. Work notes will be provided to any patients according to the company’s policy. Please bring your concerns to the clinic if you have any additional questions and we will be glad to assist.
