I called to change my appointment. I was told there was two people in the computer that had the same name as me. Employee said are you and started saying someone elses social security number then called out my social security number. After speaking with manager this the way patients are identified. My concern is can it be done a little bit more discreetly or use another method to identify a patients. I spoke with Jennifer (manager) who seemed to not care.

Here for vaccination for employer. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. The center was clean and the staff was friendly and professional.. Would definitely return to this location for services again.

Wait time was ridiculous. Got there at 8 something, didn't leave until 11 something.

I was sent to Concentra by my new employer for a drug screen. When I walked in, no one was at the desk. Finally I called out and someone came. She handed me a clipboard and asked me to fill it out, and she started saying something else, but then started answering a message on her smartwatch and walked away. I filled out my paperwork and waited to be called. After about 45 minutes, I started to see people that came in after me being called back. I went up to the desk and found the same lady that gave me the papers, I asked her why I wasn’t called and she said “you have to check in after your paperwork is done”. She had not told me that. She took my clipboard and gave it to someone else behind the desk. I ended up waiting an additional hour before I was called back for the test. It was so hot in the waiting room, I was sweating. I asked for water but they said the water fountains were turned off due to COVID restrictions. Overall just very poor customer service here.
