I wish It could be 0 STARS, because this is what this Pocono Urgent Care deserves, I was there this past August 2nd, I GOT HURT IN MY JOB, and I didn't even get a X RAY done there, plus I DO NOT DRIVE, and I asked the "Doctor" to send the prescription directly to the Pharmacy, and they did the opposite, this is Friday 5th, and for 3 days I been calling and leaving messages, and no one returned my call or messages, so I'm still in Pain because I can't make it to CVS, and when I finally reached them on the phone, Nothing to help me Happens!!! Thanks Pocono Urgent Care U DOING GREAT!!!

My second time there and was pleased. I waited a little over an hour but that should be expected with 4 people ahead of you first thing when it opens. I have read other reviews and I have to say that I don’t agree with the low ratings. I guess people think they just go in after being there 1/2 hr to an hour. This is a facility that will give medical attention when your Primary can’t see you right away or to avoid the emergency room. People should be patient. I know it’s hard when your not feeling well but I know for myself during these hard times that everyone was professional and did what needed to be done. I myself would visit there again if the occasion arises.

This place is horrible. Waited a hour and half to see a doctor with a empty waiting room. My son had X-rays done we was told he had a broken bone and internal bleeding. We then took him to the ER to be told the complete opposite no broken bones and only swelling. I would not recommend this place to anyone the doctor we saw was a complete joke.
