I contacted the manager to inquire about tinting my car, at which time he told me it will cost $250 flat to do the job. I made the reservation and drove 30 minutes to this business place. When I arrived to the shop, I was told that the tint will cost $300 plus tax I requested to speak to the manager who proceeded to lie at my face and denied that he told me that the price was going to be $250. He claimed that they charge extra $50 for 5 percent tint. I never heard anything like this. Obviously, they scam people when they find out that you are not from Pennsylvania. Remind you , NO ONE CHARGES $300 TO TINIT A SEDAN. UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD BUSINESS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO Anyone , YOU WILL BE DECEIVED. AVOID NEXT LEVEL AUDIO/TINIT NONE SENSE BUSINESS. I FOUND CHEAPER PLACES AROUND THE AREA. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY WITH THIS BUSINESS. Please get you quote right, and do the right thing. TRANSPARENCY IS THE KEY.

Was nervous to have my 2022 vehicle into a shop like this, and expressed that when I made the appt. Was guaranteed their work was the best around and I would have no issues at all. The install was done, and I am happy with the way the sub sounds, however upon getting my 4 day old 2022 car back that had only 300 miles on it, I noticed a scuff on the passenger side rear door, and now a week later, the rubber piece that seals my engine bay off from the interior of my car, is not installed correctly. In which I can hear the engine and exhaust loud in my car, also water, dirt, dust, and anything else can get into my car. I simply called back to ask that they install the piece correctly, and got bombarded with ignorance, yelled at, screamed at, talked over, hung up on, and told “their work was fine and someone ruined it”. When in reality a simple mistake was made, that just needed to be addressed and fixed. Moral of the review here is that I was treated very poorly as a paying customer that came back with an issue due to how it was installed. Correctly handling the situation would have been to ask me to bring the car in, see what the issue is and simply install the piece correctly. Customer service is lacking and VERY poor. I wouldn’t recommend them.—> also there was no previous install as my car is brand new, and this is not a duplicate post, my name is not Steven price as the owner stated in his response, my name is Derek. UPDATE: 3 months later now, I’ve had 3 more issues with my install. The wiring they used ended up failing at the battery terminal which made the fuse blow and arc. So my whole system didn’t work. While getting that fixed, I also also noticed that they did not hook my system up properly to power on when the car is turned on. They have it hooked up that it’s always on 24/7 which in turn has drained my battery countless times. Third issue, sun stopped working YET AGAIN, and had a weird noise coming from it that sounded like a heart beat. AGAIN had to fix that which ended up being MORE bad wires that they had used that failed and needed to be replaced.
