Staff is polite and helpful. BUT the cleaning staff sucks. Doesn’t look like anything has been wiped down. And maintenance of property is bad. I chose the place because of the name. Most La Quinta’s are clean and homey. Not this one. Got a good deal through Priceline. But not worth the savings

The whole hotel was dirty and in need of a lot of repair. There was a large hole in our bathroom door, The coffee maker did not work, The room and hallway carpets were very dirty and stained. You could smell cigarette smoke walking down the hallway, Breakfast? No milk for the cereal, the juice was room temperature, the waffle batter was watered down and no taste. Don't ask for extra towels or toilet paper at the front desk because you won't get it. We stayed three nights and they never came to clean the room. the elevator looks like it had not been swept or cleaned in a month. I will not go back. I am surprised that La Quinta and Wyndham let this place use their name. I have stayed in several La Quinta hotels before. This one is a disgrace to the name.

Rooms were great but the service from the guy was terrible. I was trying to extend my night and he said the total after taxes was 94. I had 100 on my card because my job loads $100 a day on our card for our hotels. He tried to charge my card 104 and i tried to show him and he insisted it wasn’t him even tho the transaction said laquinta inn and i was telling him it’s declining because it’s trying to charge 104 not 94 and he cut me off and went to another guest. He was very racist and i could really tell. It’s sad I’m spending money and can’t get treated like a good Customer. The attitude was so nasty. I would not recommend staying there again.

Positive: The size of the room was great and refrigerator was igger than most ...i also like the Keurig in the room it was great stay. Negative: Shower head was not the best and pretty sure they came into our rolm ecen tho we had do not disturb sign up...
