Went to the clinic on 10/5 after work for a bacterial infection. Got diagnosed and got prescribed medicine. Was told i would get a doctors note so that i wouldnt need to work on 10/6 so that i could return 10/7. They forgot to give me my note in my packet so i kept calling and left a voicemail on the 5th but no answer or anyone returning my calls. I go to the clinic 10/6 to request my work note that i was missing. They said they couldnt give it to me because the lady that saw me didnt work that day. Instead of trying to contact her or work with me, they told me i would have to make another appointment just to have a note. Like really?? I tried explaining what the lady told me, but instead of listening to me, they just dismissed me.

They were friendly and efficient. I signed in online and when it was time for my appointment I went in and was walking out in 20 minutes. As a plus, the waiting room wasn't full of sick people.

I had injured/cut my right thumb really bad a week ago so I thought the ER was my only choice but stopped in the Kennesaw Ga. location just to see if they could handle it. They took me right in looked at it and said if X-rays show the cut didn't get the thumb bone they could stitch me up which they did an excellent job of. I seriously couldn't have gotten a better outcome anywhere. I'm very thankful for everyone who attended to me that day.
