Came in today to get a tire repaired, but since the screw I ran over was in a compromising position, it wasn’t a good idea to plug. Instead of doing it anyway just to make a quick buck, Steven wanted me to be safe and told me it shouldn’t be done. In turn he found me a great tire at an even greater price! The customer service from Steven was amazing. Whenever I go to any car/tire repair shop I always feel like my wallet is being taken advantage of, but I didn’t feel that here at all. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!

Went to this location to have balancing done on all four tires. Noticed a very rough vibration after having it done. Balancing was not done correctly and went back and had to wait over two hours before they even pulled the vehicle inside. They also told me I needed rear shocks done after having it at the dealership which they said otherwise! The shocks where in perfect condition the balancing was just off!

I was on my way to Atlanta when I discovered a nail in my tire and that the tire was nearly flat. I took my car to Mavis. They were very efficient and very understanding that I was in a bit of a hurry. They got me in right away and fixed it within half an hour. The manager was just wonderful.

Oh my goodness I can’t say enough great things about this place! My fiancé noticed a nail in my tire and found these guys to fix it! They were SO NICE!!! They fixed it literally while we were at the grocery store and the price was super reasonable. We’ve been other places and this place was the best. Shelby at the front counter was the absolute sweetest thing! 10/10 recommend!
