I booked my son with Mercedes Ivy for September 24,2022 at 4:30. She texted me the day of the appointment asking can I come the next day which I said okay. Sunday came and I got a text message an hour before the rescheduled time saying the power was out and she was waiting on an update. I never received an update so I texted her after waiting 4 hours asking for one and she told me she had to do her clients hair at her home. She never gave me a time so I had to look for a backup. After asking for my deposit back, she told me no refunds or it’s not transferable. My son take school pictures on Tuesday and we already took his hair down so it’s all over the place and I couldn’t dare send him to school looking that way. Well after I texted her multiple times she finally asked for us to come Monday at either 8 or 5. I work and my son go to school so that’s not possible. She still refused to give me my deposit back after all of this was her fault. I will never support her or this business because at the end of the day this was very unprofessional.

The service started out great! We traveled about 1 hour to get here. My grandson was excited to come here because of the great reviews he saw.Once the barber started showing up late with out giving us a call we went else where. Be on time guys. I see we are not the only ones with this complaint. The owner? Asking for the name . You see him in the picture. Very professional young man , that needs to step up his game. If you are going to be late call your customer's. I am 62 and teaching my grandson when and what to do in all situations big and small. Always have another plan. 🙏🏿💕🙏🏿
