Very unprofessional worker I had. She told me I was over income when I was under the amount for a 2 person household. When I asked for clarification on how I'm over income she never responded to me again. Could not contact a supervisor over the worker so she do whatever! Received absolutely no help and I was the earliest appointment when funds were present.

I had a Liheap appointment scheduled for yesterday which was the 16th at 9:45 I waited allday intact been waiting since November for an appointment just for nobody to call and complete my intake. I am livid o cancelled appointments and everything for this appointment so unprofessional!!!!

The staff were nice only went once, when the funds come in line stay busy called 3 days 8 to 330 on my forth day, now the phone hang up nothing ring one time out of no the times I. called then a full answer machine. Prayer
