I despise when a store updates their hours and close early when their online and mall profile says they close 2 hours before they let their gate down. closed the gate in my face when I had a simple return in my hand. I don't stay within a five mile radius. gas is 4.19 a gallon. (to EMPLOYEES) fix this asap if you care about anyone but yourselves

Honestly disappointed about their customer service. My boyfriend and I was shopping with my ONE year old for some winter shoes. We were doing alright and we found some shoes for my daughter. Nobody assisted us when we were there. So we let my daughter out of her stroller since she started fussing. Of course my boyfriend and I know that once she gets out she will start touching all the boxes. Mind you I work at a customer service job and I know how it is when dealing with customer who have young children. My boyfriend and I would put the boxes back that she would touch because we don’t want her making a mess. But this one particular girl who works there came up to us and told us to “can you not let her touch the boxes”. She is one year old, she does not know any better. And We would have put the boxes that she touches back to its normal Just upset me that someone would not be more understanding or at least nice about what they want us to do. So my boyfriend and I left .

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.

I paid for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive when it was supposed to, why?

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
