Excellent customer service! I think what is so impressive to me is how well they treat every customer. In my case, I could be easily overlooked as a senior whose running days are clearly behind me. But instead, on two occasions I have been greeted and treated like someone that is training for an ultra. Consequently, I have purchased two pairs of Hokas based on their expertise and recommendations.

All team members weare a mask and we ask that all guests wear one as well. We have disposable masks available if you left yours at home. We also have hand sanitizer readily available. All Guests are fitted in an area that is socially distanced from other Guests. We can also do virtual consultations. Simply make an appointment through our website.
They do, but their selection is limited to running enthusiast models like the Pegasus line rather than the more hit or miss traditional Nike offerings.
