We are income based, however, we do not have anything available...we are working off a waiting list, the waiting list is approx. 6 month to a year. If you would like to apply and be placed on the waiting list, come by and pick up an application. thanks.

We allow one pet if the pet deposit is paid and proof of pet immunizations are provided to the office. There are restrictions, however, on the size and breed of dog and all residents must comply with the city leash law and clean up after their pets inside and out.

Are you all taking application for sec 8 at this time

Yes you can, residents are more than welcome to put flower beds along their apartments and/or decorate with flower pots.

We plan to begin taking applications again in about 2 weeks. Please call the office after June 15th to confirm our office is open to the public before coming. When you come to get an application we will set up an appointment time for you to return with your completed application for an interview. Thanks.

I'm sorry, the waiting list is moving very slowly right now. We only have 4 4BR apartments and I've only had one move out in the past two years. Please be patient and continue to call occasionally to check in and be sure to keep your contact information current with us. Thank you.

Sorry for the delay in replying, your message just came through to my email. We are subsidized, your rent is based on your income (your rent would be approximately 30% of total household income but is capped at a certain amount based on bedroom size). You are responsible for your own water and electric. If you have any further questions please reply or call our office at (931)728-2596. If you would like to apply feel free to pick up an application at the office. Or I can email you an application if you provide me with an email address. If you need information on Section 8 you can call the Section 8 office for Coffee County at (931)455-9319 ext. 228. There are several apartment complexes in the area that do accept section 8, you may find a list at hud.gov or possibly through the local Section 8 office.
