Haven't had any issues with service or staff since we moved. We lost power during the 10/12/22 storms due to one of my neighbors trees falling on our main line. Power was restored the next day in the afternoon, which was expected since there were a lot of outages. Thank you DREMC

I would like to state that 1 star is for the staff. A few of them need to learn some customer service skills. I give 5 stars to Ben the manager, he has the knowledge of what great customer service is all about.

Anytime there is even a slight breeze the power goes out. Duck river electric has a monopoly over Manchester and the prices here are rediculous. I would absolutely use another company if one existed.
