Can they please change the time to 4pm or open on Saturdays? I'm still in school and despite having my father's permission to get a dog I can't because I won't be able to meet any of the dogs or be there when he gets one

I have had my daschund taken. She is red with long hair. Her tag was off after a bath, but her name is Demi. She is spayed and would have been lost or taken behind the post office.

I live in Manchester City limits and my neighbors have chickens that they let run free and they are constantly pooping on my porch and steps and tearing up my flower beds and shrubs with there scratching. Isn't there something that can be done?
I have two dogs both dogs are male what is an inside dog worms an outside dog and they've been fighting because of a neighbor female dog I guess she's in heat. They are my ex-wife's dogs I've been divorced since May unable to give them what they need. I do have a female inside dog but she's supposed to be coming back and getting her. As far as the two male dogs I don't know what to do is you keep them separated I understand that but I can't do this every week or every day because I do have to work
