Terrible service, no help at all. I have applied for assistance and was denied because they claim I didn't provide the accurate documents, which I've did. A history printout along with the bills of service since the start of of service was not enough for them. I've called numerous of times left messages was told I was going to get a call back no callback I sent emails no response and they reps are very very rude.

yes. kinda. they've cleaned house, changed numbers and close the doors rather early ..way before " closing time" . its hard to get a hold of them. but if you call the mainline to mufressboro , they answer and can get you communication faster.
I was in June and you all said I would get $350.00. But it has not been put on my electric Yet. I have call and was told it can take up to 90days. No one will help. Said it was going to be right then when I applied. Because I needed. Still haven't been put on my account
