They offer lots. Sewing, crochet, spanish, computer, bingo, bible study, workouts, etc...You can call them from their website. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
AARP Tax-Aide at the Snellville Senior Center is by appointment only, and, as far as I know is fully booked for this tax season. Tax-Aide tax prep is available at several other locations on a first come, first serve basis. Check the AARP website for other locations. I know of another site (First United Methodist Church in Lawrenceville) that does not take appointments. They are there on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the line usually forms between 7:30 and 8:00 am. As to your original question, I am unaware of an app like you requested.
