I purchase a vehicle 9 months ago with this company. When I first purchase the vehicle I was having some engine problems took the car back the next day and was told by Norman that's what the warranty company is for. So I left called the warranty company and they told me to take my car to pep boys and have them check out the vehicle did that pep boys told me that the warranty company would give them call once they approve it and pep boys will call me back to schedule the appointment. I never received call back from pep boys or the warranty company. Took my car to be services drove my car to Florida soon has I got off the enterstate my car started shaking badly at this point I have had the car for 3 months took the car to the shop had it fix a part from my engine paid that fee so 2 months later my engine goes out completely my car was in the shop for 2 months I had to rent a car out of pocket paying 550 weekly also 100 percent accurate on my car note for a car that I wasn't using they denied my claim for the engine due to one missed oil change which my car was in the shop with the engine gone so how was I to get a oil change. Nobody from higher management has reached out to me then me giving the car back dound out my car had a recall on my engine with khia and the engine was on back order for six months now I am carless and nobody has reached out to me and its been a month since i turned the car back in every time i call i get the run around I wouldn't recommend this company to no one
