I CANNOT BELIEVE how fast, efficient, friendly, helpful, kind and overall ANTI DMV STEREOTYPE this experience was. I had been avoiding having my lost drivers license replaced for months. I took PTO from work expecting it to be at the minimum half-day process. I brought EVERY proof of identity and address document I have ever owned .... I expected the worse. I was literally in and out and completely finished within 5 minutes of parking. The staff were CRAZY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE with VERY WELL TRAINED skillets and guidance. They made this so easy! I don't know if it is only this specific Between GA location .... but my god this has to be the GOLDEN STANDARD in WHAT TO IMMUNE for ALL GOVERNMENT agencies in Georgia who operate public service locations. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure Governor's office level admin know they MUST visit this office to SEE IN PERSON how government services are SUPPOSE TO BE DONE!!!!!!
